The man who is in her 60s has rented his apartment since 1983, but the behavior to cast off all clothes and go naked in and outside of the property in the old town began only in 2011. After several neighbors had complained got the man a warning by the host. The landlord also tried to help the man by contacting his brother and Social Committee.
Despite this and several warnings following the man continued to walk naked in periods. In March 2014 it was said because the lease up.

Both the Rent Tribunal and the Court of Appeal considers that there is evidence that the man has been warned of the consequences of their behavior, writes Home and Rent. The disturbances were of a nature that should not have spoken. Man must therefore submit their tenancy.
