It was at a warm-up for a jumping competition on Björbäcks Ryttarförening as a 17 year old girl was killed during Friday afternoon.
– The horse stumbled and went down, and the girl got the horse over, says Dan Lewstam, duty officer at the Halland police.
The girl was taken to Halland Hospital, but her life could not be rescue.
“Thoughts are with the family”
During the Saturday morning kept the equestrian club a minute of silence and hauled the flag of the deceased girl.
“ One memory has been prepared with a book of remembrance. Our thoughts are with the family, “writes Björbäcks Ryttarförening in a press release.
