22-year-old arrested for murder in Lidingö – Aftonbladet

The man in the 30s was found murdered in his home in Lidingö.

Now, a 22 year-old man arrested on suspicion of having killed him.

The man has previously been charged with, among other things, incitement to racial hatred.

It was just after two o’clock on Sunday afternoon, police were alerted to an apartment on Lidingö in Stockholm.

The apartment owner, a man in the 30-year-age, was found dead by a friend who had come to visit him.

The friend alerted the police who quickly arrived on the scene – and began a preliminary investigation of murder.

– We go there, and the circumstances giving rise to a criminal investigation of murder, alternatively murder begins, told Albin Birch bark Berg of the Stockholm police.

– It is unclear circumstances . Anything that deviates from the ordinary that makes us suspect homicide.



Words written in blood

According to Expressen, police found something written in blood on a wall in the apartment.

Yesterday evening, around 20 o’clock, a young man came in to the police. He was interrogated, and after the hearing, he was arrested by the prosecutor, on suspicion of murder.

– He left a story about what had happened, and the story he was arrested, says Kjell Lindgren at the police.



Previously convicted of several offenses

The 22-year-old man is well known by the police earlier. He is convicted of several crimes – and is now charged with, among other things, incitement to racial hatred after he according to the prosecutor shouted “Sieg Heil” to several people in Södertälje. When he was arrested by the police, he strongly opposed, threatening to kill a police officer – and in his pocket, police found the brass knuckles.

Deputy chief prosecutor Pär Andersson would not comment on the investigation of the suspected murder.

– One person has been arrested, but I can but the account of the investigation did not say anything more about the circumstances, he said.

According to police continue the investigation now with the analysis of the technical investigation and further questioning to identify what happened in the apartment in Lidingö.

Last Wednesday, the prosecutor must ask 22-year-old detained or put him on the loose.
