So should the Conservatives save on immigration – Aftonbladet

The Moderates want to tighten the requirements on supply on family immigration.

The party’s new policy of integration should provide savings of nine billion.

The Conservatives today presents its report on the party integration and migration policy should be changed.

A large part of the report means more stringent demands for security at the family reunion. The requirements that exist today under the party for many exceptions.

– We think it is reasonable that those who come to Sweden comes to a subordinate position where it can be supplied, says Elisabeth Svantesson, who leads the Moderates working group on integration policy.

Amended accommodation for unaccompanied minors

Specifically, the proposal means that today exception of supply requirements for those who become Swedish citizens and those who have lived in Sweden for more than four years shall be away. “Do you bring in a partner on a newly established relationship, you should be able to support the person who will, not as today only himself,” writes the Conservatives.

The report also contains a proposal to change the form of housing for unaccompanied children . Today, many children live in special homes for the care of children. Moderates want to replace it with accommodation in particular supported housing, which is cheaper. Another proposal is that the state should take over the responsibility for ensuring that children receive education in the first months, something that the municipalities today are responsible.



Temporary residence permits

The Moderates have previously presented parts of the report. Among other things, the desire to impose temporary residence permit instead of permanent.
