The berries are prized in midsummer not least in the years when there will be a shortage of Swedish strawberries. The cause is a combination of an early midsummer and the cold weather in May and early June.
Whether the stolen berries are Swedish or imported is unclear. At the address where the theft must have occurred, there is a strawberry.
