– We had extremely high demand, particularly in Stockholm and Gothenburg. Now the market has cooled slightly, and we see not the stress of doing business anymore, says Real Estate Agency CEO Lars-Erik Nykvist.
According to the survey, where 433 brokers participated, the sellers are still the most favored, although the balance shifted in the buyers’ direction. Every seventh brokers say now that it is buyer’s market, against every nine in April. Particularly evident is the slowdown in Stockholm and Gothenburg.
The share broker who believes that prices will decline slightly higher for the fall than in the summer.
– There are neither better or worse buying a home in the summer. Both supply and demand shrinks and cancel each other out, says Lars-Erik Nykvist.
