Busch Thor’s absence drag down the KD during the catch – Aftonbladet

The Christian Democrats ought to throw in Ebba Busch Thor in hot air as soon as possible.

Party leader’s absence drag down the KD during the four percent threshold.

The days before the political week in Almedalen in Visby are the Swedish people have already signed out of politics. The changes in June’s Aftonbladet / Sweden think of no great drama.

With one exception, the Christian Democrats. In March, topping the voter support to 5.2 percent, 0.6 percentage points more than in the elections last year.

But there seems to have been a sort of parting gift to outgoing party leader Göran Hägglund. Since then, support has declined step by step.

The absence fatal

A month ago, listing four percent. But now the figure is troublesome low 3.1 percent.

Ebba Busch Thor was elected to the KD-leader at the end of April and gave birth to their first child a few weeks later. Thus, there are strong reasons for Busch Thor not to be at work.

But the Christian Democrats’ point of view, her absence is fatal. To increase support, the party would throw her into the hot air as soon as possible.

Ebba Busch Thor makes a brief guest appearance already on Tuesday, when she speaks in Almedalen. But seriously shoulders she was not in the party leadership until the autumn.

The Centre Party leader Annie Lööf shall also take parental leave, but starting in the fall. The Centre has can probably expect that their poll numbers will be able to drop significantly during Lööf’s absence. How they prepare for it?

The government loses

If you look at developments over a little longer period of time, from the election and up until now, have emerged a picture that is not too flattering for the government and the red-green.

The government first. The two governing parties S and MP since the election lost 13 percent of its voters. Biggest reduction is the Green Party of. Almost one in five voters, 17 percent, have abandoned them since the election according to Aftonbladet / Sweden think.

The Social Democrats are the loss more meekly. They have lost just over one-tenth, 12 percent of the electorate since the election in September.

Lighter V

For the Red-Green block looks brighter. This is because the party that the government cooperates with the State budgets, Left, has increased slightly since the election. The Red-Green pins of opinion is therefore limited to seven percent.

Alliance celebrates nor any triumphs. They are, according to this survey, remained at the same level as in the election. In choosing those polled 39.4 percent of voters, according to today’s survey 39.5 percent. But then one should keep in mind that the election result was seen as a minor disaster – and it has therefore not become better.

SD only winner

The only party that has increased since the election is the same as in the elections only winners, the Sweden Democrats. They have continuously increased during the nine months since election day. Now is the listing 17.9 percent, an increase of 38 percent since the election.

It is not part of a Nordic trend. In the Folketing election in Denmark for a couple of weeks ago increased admittedly Danish People’s Party sharply. But in the last parliamentary elections in Norway and Finland decreased support for both the Progress Party and the True Finns.
