A group accommodation in Götene were evacuated last night after it caught fire on Gotene patisserie & amp; bakery. Police suspect the fire was arson.
According to police, the fire started in a storage room which is located next door to the cafe. The alarm came in at 00:35.
– We have launched a preliminary investigation regarding the arson. We have cordoned off for forensic examination, so we will see what it brings, says Carina Andersson, internal command of the police in Lidköping.
The fire was extinguished at an early stage and no one was injured, but parts of the premises has been rökskadats.
The residents of the group home, located upstairs, has been able to go in again.
