A number of psychologists and physicians calls for legislation which means that only qualified personnel will have to treat mental illness.
On Dagens Nyheter’s opinion page, they write that in principle
anyone can treat individuals with mental illness in the day – by any means. 
“We therefore demand that the government take responsibility in a neglected issue and control the unregulated sector,” it is said in the debate article.
