Norrahammar. SOS did not believe the shot wounded 16-year-old when he phoned to the central station when shooting incident in Norrahammar last fall.
SOS now admits shortcomings in handling and investigating the matter internally, according to Sveriges Radio Jönköping.
Instead of sending an ambulance questioned the dispatcher the 16-year-old’s injury: “But where in the head How can it be that you are able to call if you have been shot? “
Now allows SOS Alarm shortcomings in its handling and will do an internal investigation.
– We at SOS could do this interview in a better way, absolutely. It is regrettable that we have not done it, says production manager Michael Sandh to the channel.
Two teenagers were charged this week on suspicion of murder and attempted murder.
