Here is the 33-year-old man to the court, on suspicion of the murder of a walker cage man in his 60s in Värmland Filipstad.

While writing NWT / Filipstads Newspaper , to the relatives of the suspect the man for several years tried to get help from the municipality – but in vain:

– he has been psychotic for a long time and said he wants to kill someone, says one of them for the magazine.

on Monday arrested the 33-year-old man suspected of murdering a walker cage man in his 60s in Filipstad. He admits manslaughter.

Relatives of the suspect has for several years been trying to get the municipality to act to help the 33-year-old.

NWT / Filipstads Newspaper says that they so late as four hours before the murder had contact with the man. He should then have said that he felt really bad.

– We will notify Filipstad, says one of them – and adds:

– He has been psychotic for a long time and said that he wants to kill someone.

heard voices, saw visions

According to the relatives, the 33-year-old man felt unwell for some time. He told me that he heard voices – and seen visions. On two occasions he allegedly tried to take his own life.

As late as February filed municipality, according to the relatives, about the man to compulsory care under LVM (Law on care of addicts). All because of the man trying to self-medicate away anxiety, the paper said. He ended up at a treatment center in southern Sweden and came out in August last year.

The abuse took direct momentum, according to the relatives.

They say they tried to get the social services in Filipstad to act .

– Anyone who knows him knows he was very, very sick. Dangerous. This was an act of madness. We told social services that “something will happen,” said one of the relatives of the NWT.

“Help me, I’ve got such anxiety”

Any help were not 33-year-old , according to the relatives:

– he called me all the time and said, “help me, I’ve got such anxiety.” I think he did this in anger, instead of hurting himself. And it is terribly sad that another person would have to die for him to get help. I am so angry that this has got to happen.

The 34-year-old man admitted during the detention hearing on Monday crime of manslaughter, not murder.

His lawyer Martin Högström said afterwards:

– the setting of the accused was that he first suggested that he acted in self-defense but that in any case, not be assessed otherwise than manslaughter. I can not go into more detail on the basis of what is found his attitude in these parts, on the basis that it was explained in camera while it is important that his own story gets closer checked by investigators.
