Tourists were robbed – grabbed the thief – Västerbotten Courier

A group of Chinese tourists were exposed to a mobile theft on Kungsholmen in Stockholm on Friday evening. But the thief did not get far.

– The culprit snatched a mobile phone from the hand of a woman in society. But they caught and held him while a passerby called police, said Fredrik Nylen, station officer at Norrmalm police.

When the patrol arrived at the scene they were able to arrest the offender. Fredrik Nylen do not know how the tourists, a group of four, held the man, but praises the effort.

– It was excellently done, he said.
