Unusually many around Sweden became ill because of campylobacter at the end of last year, with acute diarrhea, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting and fever as a result.
Now, preliminary test results from the National veterinary Institute (SVA) and the Public Health Agency of infected chicken was the most likely cause.
