A man has died in a shooting that took place at a car in a parking lot in the Fosie district in the outskirts of Malmö. Several shots were fired.
A large area around the site has been blocked. Police conducting a technical study and work to find out the background to the shooting.
– A number of people have called in connection with the event itself and then we have also carried out knocking on doors and other similar measures in the area. There is an internal reconnaissance around the victim to be able to identify who this person is and what can be the basis for this event, says Magnus Lefèvre, duty officer at the police in the South region.
The police are interested in observations from the incident that occurred at 01:30 o’clock. A preliminary investigation into the murder has begun.
