3500 patients in Dalarna has only now received invoices for X-ray examinations carried out in 2014. A technical failure in the County Council’s administrative systems are singled out as the cause.
– There was a change in the system that made these particular patients were not invoiced, says Eva Samuelsson, head of the county council’s finance unit, to P4 Dalarna.
at the same tone Samuelsson down the mistake and
points out that the county sends out over 600,000 invoices each year. The County Council has also sent a cover letter with an apology to prove the authenticity of the invoices.
