Search warrant at Aftonbladet stopped – Vasterbotten Courier

The Supreme Court says no to the prosecutor’s request to do a search on Aftonbladet’s editorial board, writes multiple media.

The prosecutor, who want to take part in pictures of the suspected robbers published by the newspaper with masked faces, recently had the right of appeal. But now the Supreme Court on Aftonbladet line and stops in a decision raid until further notice.

The magazine, which is available to provide paper copies of the images, like with reference to the source protection does not give investigators access to the files themselves.
