Halmstad. When the tenant discovered nude photographs of a young girl in a drawer, he was both upset and angry. Armed with batons, he went on the attack against the landlord’s car, fridge and freezer. Now prosecuted the 38-year-old man for assault.
On the way to the landlord’s residence in Hylte he called also to the police and warned that he would “smash” values that he considered to be a pedophile, writes Hallandsposten .
When police arrived at the scene, 38-year-old smashed the landlord fridge, freezer and heat pump and also damaged car and tractor. He also threatened to kill his landlord.
The 38-year-old who is now being prosecuted for assault and vandalism have been in the interrogation explained that he was upset over nude pictures on the young girl because he has children.
