Shot Injured man found in apartment – Swedish Radio

Shot Injured man found in apartment – Swedish Radio

A man in his 25-year-old was found in the night with gunshot wounds in an apartment in Rosengård in Malmö. Someone in the apartment sounded the alarm and when the police arrived, they found the man who was shot in the lower part of the body. It is unclear where the shooting took place.

– They’ve called from the apartment but it is not the actual crime scene, saying Magnus Lefèvre, duty officer at Skåne police.

The man was taken to hospital by ambulance and is yet to be interrogated. Police have searched for the place where the man was shot but without result.

– We have had dogs patrol and gun dog who have searched for the crime scene but found nothing, says Magnus Lefèvre.

Is it normal to not find the crime scene in cases like this?

– Well it’s not really common. In some cases they are found in the place where it has been the victim of the crime, it’s not here and he has not told where and neither do we have any witnesses, says Magnus Lefèvre.
