Gothenburg. A member of a criminal gang sought permission for hunting rifles, and was accepted in administrative law. Now appealed against the judgment of the police in West Bengal, writes GT.
Police point out that the man is an organization that rejects the laws of society, and fears that the weapons could be used for purposes other than hunting.
The Administrative Court took note of that man is not convicted of anything, and that he has a great hunting interest. The connection to a gang was not considered to be licensed quest to do.
