A train en route from Gothenburg to Stockholm with 550 passengers on board was standing on the rail just north of Alingsås on Sunday evening. The cause was a Lokfel, writes gp.se.
The train was initially energized in the ten-point rating cold. Eventually they managed to get under way two of the locomotive engines and train could slowly get to Vargarda station
where passengers had to wait for a new locomotive. 
Replacement locomotive was delayed because of congestion on the tracks. The train, which is an Inter City trains, expected to come to Stockholm around midnight, about three hours late.
