A 15-year-old boy was previously arrested on suspicion of explosions. Police have been clear that it is believed that he carried out the bombing together with other persons, when a 15-year old does not have sufficient knowledge to do such a thing myself.
According to police, the persons involved in a major tangle includes weapons and black leases.
The two men have been arrested on probable cause suspected of devastation endangering the public.
