A 22 year old man was sentenced to five years in prison, partly because he tried to knife murder a good friend in Älmhult a weekend in September.
The two men feasted together with their girlfriends. At first, 22-year-old quarrel with his friend’s girlfriend and struck her down. Then he went on his companion. He tried to back away, but was stabbed in
particular in the chest, according to local media. 
The 22-year-old was under the influence of both alcohol and drugs, and states that he himself felt attacked.
He judged now also pay slightly more than SEK 150 000 in damages to the victims.
