The storm Alexander pulls away – Swedish Radio

The storm Alexander now draws away from the county to the east. During the night there has been heavy squalls mainly of Öland and more than 1900 households were without power in the county. The vast majority of them have now been given back the power.

It was blowing around 20-22 meters per second at the southern tip of Öland.

Otherwise, became the storm’s effects less than feared. Police have received a report about a tree that had fallen into Algutsrum on Öland.
