Stockholm. The former Prime Minister Goran Persson (S) is now available in bronze on a granite stood next to one of the doors of Parliament’s First Chamber, where Moderates tend to have their group meetings.
Persson himself says that he is very proud of the sculptor Kajsa Matta’s portrait bust, a work she has worked on and off with then in 2010.
The Riksdag sounds sculpt busts of prime ministers who have served at least ten years. Persson’s successor, Fredrik Reinfeldt, who was present at the unveiling, must content himself with a relief medallion or similar, as he sat less time than that.
Matta was known for Persson, since one of her works are on Prime Minister dwelling Sager house’s yard, a sculpture group Persson confessed that he occasionally consulted in difficult situations.
