A woman in her power wheelchair fell straight over the quayside and down the waterfront in central Västervik Sunday morning. The woman, who is in her 70s, is seriously injured according to data from Västervik Hospital. She cared for now in the ICU after the accident, said Kalmar County Council.
According to SOS alarm was both ambulance and rescue services to the scene to take care of the woman who was sitting in the wheelchair when she fell over the edge. According to the police picked her quickly out of the water.
