SD protest led to protracted meeting

The meeting of the City Council in Gothenburg was scheduled to stop 20:00 with a Christmas dinner.

At midnight of Friday was still ongoing meeting that started at 13.00 on Thursday.

The reason for this is that the Sweden Democrats called for a vote to almost all the council’s personal qualities. It ranged from members of a foundation to different items in the district, writes GP.

The Sweden Democrats have six members of the council’s 81. But SD is unhappy that the other parties through cooperation not let the party in Boards .

We are entitled to some places that they take from us by working together. This is the only way for us to try to get back to those places. It is to obstruct. It’s our way of acting, said SD’s group leader Lars Hansson to GP ahead of Thursday’s City Council.

But Christmas meal was. It was served in a break.
