SD "assumes" President post – Swedish Dagbladet

– We assume the that we are given the President post which we are entitled to based on our size, says South to SR echo.

On September 29, the Riksdag Presidents elected in a ballot. It is not regulated in the Riksdag how records are to be distributed.

The President leads the work of Parliament. At his side he has three Vice-Presidents and practice is that the items to be divided parties in proportion to their size.

– It is clear that it is important that we are present and in that position. It is also about being a representative of the Swedish Parliament outward, says the South.

The Green Party spokesperson Gustav Fridolin commented SD’s claim when he was interviewed along with party colleague Asa Romson SVT:

– I think it’s just one of those things which alarmed many, that may require assignment which not only represents the party but the whole country. I can see why they require. Meanwhile, it is a task that not only represents the Sweden Democrats, but the whole country and then set other requirements, he said.
