DN can on Tuesday reveal that the Social Democrats and the Green Party made up of three major issues. Besides defense and migration goes MP now also into the pension agreement that S has the four bourgeois parties.

The defense and immigration policy before the election was singled out as intractable conflict issues for a government with the Social Democrats and the Green Party.

As recently as last spring advocated Green Party, despite ongoing Ukraine Crisis, defense spending in 2015 would be reduced by 1.6 billion. When Defense Committee presented its report in May reservation MP against it will require new JAS aircraft and more submarines.

Now the party has changed its mind and joins the Defense Committee’s conclusions in its entirety – even though it means more Jas Gripen planes are built, any MP previously been fierce opponents as late as in the election campaign.

Green Party group leader Maria Ferm do not think the party is failing its constituents.

 - We see how the parliamentary situation looks like and try to see which roads are passable. An important part of it is that there are broad agreements, she says.

However, the MP pushed through tougher rules on arms exports to non-democratic regimes and that the Defence Export Authority closed down. Mikael Damberg Social Democrat group leader, is not afraid that it means fewer jobs in the Swedish arms industry.

  – It is reasonable to Sweden goes on in this area and tighten export rules for the supply of weapons that we had such problems in this area, he says.

During the last legislature made up of the Green Party alliance government on migration policy. The deal meant that it was easier to immigrate to Sweden to work.

Part of the deal has been unpopular in the labor movement. The Social Democrats and unions demanded last year that together account for labor to be approved before labor.

The Social Democrats now claim release. The prospective government parties states that “the previous government’s settlement with the Green Party on immigration policy remains firm.”

 - It is important that broad agreements with several parties remains. But that does not mean that we drop the issue of order in the Swedish labor market, says Mikael Damberg.

The parties also agree to all Swedish municipalities should take joint responsibility for refugee protection. But that does not mean it is necessary to compel reluctant municipalities to accept more refugees. However, all municipalities be required to be prepared.

 - It is important that all Swedish municipalities have a readiness to accept refugees. Exactly how it should be get to see, says Maria Ferm.

Any time when the more stringent requirements on municipalities to be introduced is not yet available. A working group will be appointed in the Cabinet Office to review the consequences of a decision of the Migration Court.

The third part of the deal means that the Green Party joins the pension agreement that the Social Democrats and the four bourgeois parties signed 1994 MP will connect to the retirement group when the new government takes office.

Previously, the Social Democrats unwilling to let the MP as the sixth party in the agreement because the party did not set up the basics of the agreement.

 - Then comes the question in an entirely different light. Then you can work with the issue more common, says Mikael Damberg.

This means that only two of eight parliamentary parties, the Left Party and the Sweden Democrats, outside the pension agreement.

On Monday was also informed that the MP and S agree that the construction of the highway Stockholm Bypass frozen until 1 May 2015 to the Stockholm County Council and the City of Stockholm will be able to negotiate the use of congestion charges and financing of passing.

“If a new deal is not reached before May 1 2015 continues the project as planned,” says the agreement. Spokesperson Asa Romson hope this means that the bypass will not happen.

 - There is a pause for thought as they open up. The more you turn on the conditions, the more freely do themselves from the old ways of the estate, she says.
