Early Saturday morning, police received the alarm about a dead man found at Bjorn’s Garden in Stockholm.
A large area has been cordoned off and police techniques have been ordered to the scene.
It was just after 06 o’clock that police received the alarm from a private person if the dead man found near Bjorn’s Garden at Civic Square in Södermalm.
– You anträffade a person’s death and it is unclear circumstances, and we have launched a preliminary investigation. But there is no obvious case to the case of murder or manslaughter, said Sven-Erik Ohlsson, Information Officer at Stockholm police.
Large area cordoned off
The man is yet to be identified, but according data to Aftonbladet he’ll be around 25. Police are now looking for another person who has been at the site. But this person is not suspected of any crime.
– For starters, we do not know if a crime has happened, but we have nevertheless begun a preliminary investigation. But there has been no visible on the site, says Ohlsson.
The place where the body was found has been cordoned off and police technicians are expected to come to the place in the morning. The police will also hear any witnesses and knocking on doors in the area.
