The Court of Appeal frees 73 year old woman from murder suspect – Swedish Radio

The 73-year-old Gothenburg woman freed even in the Court of Appeal from murder allegations. She was charged with murdering her husband with a stun gun in autumn 1995 outside Stromstad.

One autumn morning in 1995 to meet the 73-year-old woman and her husband on a solitary path at the couple’s farm outside Stromstad. She and the man is then in an infected Divorce .

According to the prosecutor murdered woman her husband using a stun gun, and after the two had fought. But according to the Court of Appeal found no evidence that a stun gun was used and it is not possible to say whether the man died from a stun gun was used.

Court of Appeal wrote in his judgment that there is some support in questioning the woman to have used the stun gun, but those tasks are varied and any stun gun has not been found.

Woman denies murder charges and freed then. But there is disagreement between courts that do. The district court did two members of her sentence for murder and the court of appeal was the one.
