Gothenburg. One year old boy has been suspended from an elementary school in Gothenburg on Wednesday after he threatened staff with a knife, reports the Göteborgs-Posten newspaper. The boy came over a long kitchen knife in one of the recreation centers and attacked the staff in front of other peers before he threw the knife and tried to run away.
– I have never been involved in something similar happened in a school. Certainly not with such a young student, says President to gp.se.
An information letter was sent to parents of children in sjuåringens class. The boy has been suspended from all teaching.
– We have decided that the boy should stay at home until further notice. In addition, student health talked to all the other students who were in the vicinity, says the headmaster.
The case is handed over to social services.
