The Center as the first name in Saffle municipality, Day Rogne, came up with an idea. He went around to homes and handing out ballots with his name ticked off, writes Out West.
At most inappropriate, like Election Commission Chair – a party colleague to Rogne. The principle is that ballots not be manipulated, at least not in the polling station.
A similar case, in Pajala in 1998, were assessed by the Election as within the law. The reason was that the crosses made by hand, just like Rognes, and that the ballot papers sent out.
Good thing it was not illegal, says Dag Rogne to the magazine, and insists that he did not know the rules.
