When it comes to the group from refugee camps outside the EU, Sweden can be credited with those already promised the UN to receive as quota refugees.
The UN Human Rights Commissioner Zeid Raad Hussein ruled recently that the EU should be able to give protection to one million refugees over the course of a few years.
