A family in Malmö suburb of Tonganoxie was the victim of a robbery on Wednesday night.
According to Aftonbladet, a young adult man at gunpoint forced to drive home to his parents’ home where robbers tied my hands the family and took a safe.
– No one has been arrested yet, says Stephan Söderholm from the police.
At 19:45 pm in Wednesday evening there was a robbery in Tonganoxie.
Police said that one person was out with the car in Tonganoxie center when a robber appeared and at gunpoint asked the man to drive to his home.
– At the plaintiff’s home address turned up two men, said Stephan Söderholm, duty officer at the police south region.
According to Aftonbladet, it should have been about a younger adult male who was forced to drive home to his parents’ home where further Two robbers were waiting.
Stal safe and car
After shackled the younger man and another person who was in the house the robbers took a safe and drove off in the family car.
– It is not arrested but we have alerted if the stolen car and keep an eye on, among other things, the Öresund bridge, says Stephan Söderholm.
Late on Wednesday evening, police were still in place at the house in Oxie. Several patrols are also out looking for the stolen car.
“Obviously it is planned”
The circumstances of the robbery is still unclear, but according to Stephan Söderholm is obvious that the robbers knew what they were after.
– It is obvious that it is planned, the address is so clearly not random, he said.
It is as yet unclear whether anyone injured in the robbery.
