The Social Democrats in the Swedish Enforcement Authority – Expressen

The Social Democrats in Kronoberg have a debt with the Enforcement Authority.

The reason is that they have not paid taxes.

– A human mistake, says Susanna Lif, Ombudsman of the Social Democrats in Kronoberg to Smålandsposten.

The debt of 13,500 kronor in the Swedish Enforcement Authority was built up in May this year.

One of the new recruits missed then pay the tax to the Tax Authority.

When the Tax Administration as usual would benefit tax from the Social Democrats account, there was simply no money left to drag.

– We saw then that it had been wrong and asked to have the money transferred from the SSU’s account the Tax Agency to ours. But since we had to do it by letter, and it was a deal of paperwork, it took time. During the process of transferring money could then become a liability to the bailiff, in early July, said Susanna Lif to Smålandsposten.

The Social Democrats in Kronoberg mean they certainly have the money in their account. But the new employee who made a mistake, took over the money to the wrong account.

The money went instead to the party’s Youth League account with the Swedish Tax Agency.

– He who manages the payment to our account on Tax it also allows our youth. When he would transfer money to our account at Skatteverket he happened instead make it to the Youth League account on the Tax Agency, said Susanna Lif to Smålandsposten.

Smålandsposten: The Social propagates a portion of increased taxes. Should not sure that their own taxes are paid then?

– Yes, and we pay our taxes with joy. But now it was wrong and it’s easy. It is not always easy being new on the job. It was the first time he made contributions himself and he made a human error. He has learned from it and it will not happen again. We are currently on solving it with the Enforcement Authority, said Susanna Lif.
