Police were called during the night of Wednesday to an apartment in Falkenberg after people in the area heard the gunshot.
– What we can say now is that it’s an apartment that a person shot at. A bullet went through the window of an apartment, said Thomas Fuxborg, police spokesperson, the police region in the West.
No person shall have been injured but police have launched a preliminary investigation of attempted murder.
There was someone who went around and shot with a pistol or rifle in the area Falkagård in Falkenberg Wednesday night – a shot hit a window to a flat.
– On site, we can conclude that a bullet has entered through the window of an apartment, said Thomas Fuxborg, police spokesperson, the police region in the West.
The alarm came to police at 2:12 Wednesday night after witnesses heard gunshots.

When the police are on site to explore the shot the apartment they hear more shots fired in the area. Police are looking into Falkagård area for about two hours, but without finding more gunshot wounds or injured person.
– When we travel, we around the area to look for a perpetrator we do not find someone and we have no suspect the deed yet, says Thomas Fuxborg.
What is the weapon the shooter used the police do not know at present.
– This is what we shall examine in the day. There may have been a gun or a rifle used, said Thomas Fuxborg.

The person who was shot in his apartment were uninjured and are not known to the police from before.
– The person who was shot in her apartment just moved and uncomprehending about what happened, says Thomas Fuxborg.
Police have launched a preliminary investigation of attempted murder and they are interested of hints in case anyone in the area have seen or heard anything during the night.
There have been shootings in the area Falkagård in Falkenberg earlier – then fatal. Autumn 2013 died 26-year old man after having been shot in the street in Falkagård.
