An attic fire broke out in Ystad on Sunday evening. Two staircases evacuated before the rescue got the fire under control.
The alarm came in to SOS at 1:02.
A fire had broken in an attic on Fridhemsgatan in Ystad – and flames shot out from the roof.
– We have evacuated two stairwells. The fire is under control, says Magnus Fogelberg, field officer at the Emergency Services in Ystad at 1:45.
No injuries have been reported.
According to the emergency services is the second time that the fire is in the same building.
– It is the same staircase and the attic where it burned on New Year’s Eve morning, says Magnus Fogelberg.
