Alarm about the new detonation in Malmo – Aftonbladet

Shortly after midnight was the second explosion in Malmo within a day.

Something has gone off outside a building and police techniques explores the place.

– Obviously, we examine whether there is a connection, says Nils Norling at Skåne police.

At 00:15 started the alarms of any kind of blow or detonation flow into the Malmö police. At 0:30 pm, police had not yet found smällens origin.

– We have several patrols out in Malmö to locate it says Nils Norling at Skåne police.

He says that there are several people who have been in if the detonation.

– It has been called from almost the entire central Malmö, he said.

Street cordoned

Just before 01 o’clock is reported that the police set up roadblocks in the area around Hålsjögatan.

– It sounded like a huge bang, it sounded really loud, say the residents, which fortunately had not been able to sleep yet.

– I felt afraid, and thought immediately of all other blasts that have been here lately.
