A family of two adults and two children missing in the Ammarnäs mountains in Västerbotten. Mountain rescuers started searching the area at lunchtime and a helicopter is on the way.
The police started a mountain rescue operation in Vindelfjällen, west of Ammarnäs, on Thursday since a family Two adults and two children not heard from in a few days. But when the mountain rescuers were heading phoned the family and announced that all was well. This allowed the bet canceled.
Relatives alerted on Wednesday, as the family is not consulted by telephone a few days. But it turned out to be because the family lacked mobile coverage.
The family, who live in southern Sweden, shall have scales habit and have all the equipment they need.
