Doctors could have put an end to Peter Mang – Expressen

Series Sagittarius Peter Mang sought treatment for his murder fantasies.

But the doctor broke the law by not reported him unfit to have weapons, which meant that he got the gun license, reveals Swedish Radio P1.

– It is so tragic, says Jeanette West, whose daughter was murdered by Peter Mang, the radio channel.

Peter Mang revealed in 2002 a doctor that he fantasized about killing people.

But the doctor notified him unfit to have weapons – even though doctors by law to do so.

– Then when I met him, it was like, it was not that I experienced on any manner that when a problem. Then it turned out that it was, says the doctor who wishes to remain anonymous to Swedish Radio P1′s program “In the name of the law”.

Later that year applied Peter Mang of arms license. When did the police do not murder fantasies so he could legally acquire weapons which he then murdered with.
