Man shot to death in Sundbyberg

A man in his 30s was found dead in a garage in Hallonbergen in Sundbyberg. Police suspect murder.

The alarm came to us at 19:23. One person had seen a man lying bloody and lifeless, and did not dare go out, says Sven-Erik Olsson, press spokesman at Stockholm police to TT.

Police and ambulance arrived at the scene, but could only conclude that the man was dead with gunshot wounds.

The man is identified and relatives are informed. We know who he is, he is known by us earlier, says Sven-Erik Olsson.

Police technicians were on site during the evening and investigators knocked on doors to get in contact with witnesses. Two people were taken in for questioning, but it has not directed any suspicion against them, according to Sven-Erik Olsson.

The assumed to have relevant information to submit to the investigation, he said.

The victim had links to the Hells Angels, according to Aftonbladet. According to a judgment of 2012, the man was a member of the Red and White Crew, a supporters club to the biker gang, according to the newspaper.

Police would not comment on the information.
