A 65-year-old woman assaulted on Thursday evening, a taxi driver with a baseball bat as she picked up in her apartment after initially not having paid his taxi fare.
The incident occurred in Gävle, and after police arrived at the scene they found the woman in his apartment. There was also a baseball bat seized.
– It was not as physically dangerous with the taxi driver but he will seek care center in the morning, says Margareta Olander, duty officer at Gävle police to TT.
The woman is suspected of fraudulent behavior and mistreatment.
