A teacher in Laholm who has been employed in the municipality for 16 years, received notice of dismissal by reason of redundancy – via SMS.
The text message was sent after an initial negotiation between the municipality and the union for a few weeks then. The procedure will now strong criticism, reports Laholms newspaper.
– This is completely headless, says Mats Petersson, President of the Lärarförbundets local branch in Laholm to the newspaper.
Responsible politicians must now examine what that has happened.
