A man in his 30s was killed after a high speed crashed into a wall at a T-junction in the center of Falkirk and then the car caught fire.
It took almost an hour for rescue teams to free the man, who clamped in the car at 01 o’clock at night. He was not conscious.
– When he arrived at the hospital found that he was dead. Last night we informed his relatives, said inner officers at police in the east of Skaraborg to P4 Skaraborg.
– The car was demolished. It was a severe accident, says Jonas Nordin, unit leader at the emergency services in Falkirk said.
No other persons were in the car during the accident.
