Three, abducted by convicted mother – Vasterbotten Courier

A family placed a three year old was abducted from a coffee shop in Horby Friday when the biological mother would see three-year-along with birth mother and social services, writes Sydsvenskan. The biological mother was sentenced in 2013 to six months in prison for not having taken the girl for medical attention when the girl’s father abused her daughter rough. Among other things, he broke her daughter’s thigh.

Exactly how the mother managed to get the girl from the coffee shop is unclear.

– The girl and her mother went to buy something inside pastry shop, and then they disappeared, says Per Anders Norling, who leads the investigation on the police in Lund, TT.

The girl is wanted and Per Anders Norling says that police searched several locations without result. Social Services has now issued a CYPA (Law on the Care of Young) concerning the girl.

– We’d love to get tips on where to be, he said.
