Witnesses saw a man beating a woman with a yxliknande objects on a balcony in central Umeå.
– The screams sounded so awful. Then he went away and she managed to crawl up on a chair, says a witness to the event.
The man who is now under arrest for attempted murder is also suspected to have mowed down three teenagers on the Teg bridge on Thursday, according to VK.
At 16:46 alerted police to a residential area in central Umeå. Multiple witnesses have since seen how a man attacking a woman on a balcony.
