“Debts have increased in most counties during the past year. Generally speaking, the metropolitan counties that have the highest debts,” says Boel Magnusson, head of the CSN s payment department in a press release.
She also notes that indebtedness increases, which is mainly attributable to the increases made by the loan part of student aid in recent times. CSN believes that there is an increase that lasts and which is believed to be even clearer in the coming years.
