Shortly after midnight on Saturday took place a fire in an apartment on Rösgången in Norrköping.

– There’s been some kind of fire in a wastebasket under the sink, which led to a good smoke. A woman in her 70s had to be taken by ambulance to hospital for control, says Mariana Persson, county spokesman at police in Östergötland.

The woman must have been alone in the apartment at the event, and her apartment was the only one hit.

– We have made a notification of second-degree assault, says Mariana Persson.
