Open University courses proposed

Now it will be possible for all to study at universities and colleges. According to a new proposal by the University Chancellor’s Office, the schools will introduce open online courses that everyone should get going, writes Swedish newspaper Svenska Dagbladet.
Even today, six schools open online courses, but it has been unclear whether it is permissible under current rules to organize them. That is about to change on now, if the proposal goes through.
The courses will be provided free of charge, without admission requirements and with an unlimited number of seats. The courses should not give credit, however, it should be possible to pay to get a certificate after the course.
