Jimmi Eriksson Chef of the Year – Radio Sweden

– It is indescribable and magical. There are so many emotions involved. A long dream come true. It is on the cloud, says an overheated Jimmi Eriksson.

It was eight chefs that made up for the title. Halibut, king crab and roe deer saddle would be two meals and they would consist of at least 50 percent vegetables. The meat would also be cut or carved, facing the jury.

– It was incredibly fine ingredients. It was so fun to cook today, says Eriksson enjoyed throughout the competition.

The contest was conducted for the 33rd consecutive year, the title also means that the winner is s vensk champion in professional cooking.

– the victory means enough everything in one’s career, but I know enough not itself what it means yet.

what is your advice to future contestants ?

– Much is about the psyche. Have fun and take it easy.
